Health Care Benefits

Vectrus provides health care benefits that are comprehensive and meet the diverse needs of our employees all over the world. With a variety of pre-tax benefit plans, our employees can choose the right mix of health care benefits for themselves and their families. Plans include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Tricare Supplement, Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account

Understanding that not all circumstances can be predicted, Vectrus offers additional benefits to its employees and their loved ones that protect and support them if they are faced with unforeseeable events, with most plans putting money at a crucial time directly in the pocket of the employee. These options include: Accident, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Critical Illness, Hospital Confinement, Life, Disability and Identity Theft Protection

Paid Time Off

Eligible employees are entitled to a variety of paid time off benefits to include, but not limited to: Vacation and Sick (or PTO); Holiday; Bereavement, Educational Leave; and differential pay for both military service and jury duty.
